The After Sales Division is responsible for the sale of components, modifications and giving advice to customers about existing Huisman installations. Due to the strong production growth in recent years, more and more installations are completed. To take care for these activities, the After Sales department has grown considerably as well. Customer satisfaction is a leading topic of this section and combining that with technology is a challenge. In this role you will be responsible for a number of customers worldwide. You will be the single point of contact in the field of applications and deliveries of spare parts for existing and new to deliver installations. Furthermore you finalize the applications and services into a complete modification proposal After that you coordinate, in many cases, the entire project. In this role you will communicate a lot with our engineers, the service department, customers and suppliers.
You have a technical education on MBO-level with a minimum of five years relevant work experience or an education at HBO-level with several years work experience, preferably in a project-based work environment. It goes without saying that you are customer focused and have a good feeling for commerce. You are able to offer appropriate solutions and to convince decision makers. A proactive attitude to customers and the market with regards to new developments, safety and advice is self-evident for you. Given the international nature of the industry is good knowledge of the English language a must. Affinity with the maritime and/or offshore is an advantage.
