Description
As Quality Assurance Coordinator, you are responsible for implementing, executing and monitoring the Quality Assurance policy at Huisman Schiedam. This is carried out according to procedures and work agreements, in order to ensure that business processes are in harmony with each other and comply with the company policy. In this way you will safeguard the quality within Huisman. You report to the Department Head QA.
Your work as QA Coordinator includes, but is not limited to, the following tasks:
- Co-develop a project audit plan with input from the Department Head QA
- Carry out quality, safety and environmental audits and prepare reports
- Accompany clients or certified institutions during audits
- Develop planning for internal/external auditor teams
- Generate input and summaries for the Management System Review
- Carry out quality risk analyses of project processes
- Monitor the use of NCRs (Non Conformity Reports) and follow them up with preventative and corrective measures
Requirements
You have a bachelor degree, preferably in Business Engineering, and a minimum of 5 years relevant work experience. In addition, you have demonstrable affinity with technology and knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OSHAS 18001 and API. Lastly, you have knowledge of management systems, can communicate well both verbally and in writing in English, and are persuasive.
