The structure of the department is a mix of fixed and temporary staff.
As an NDT Operator you are responsible to conduct NTD (Non-Destructive Testing) within our company and with our subcontractors in line with different NDT standards. You are independently responsible for planning and the set-up and execution of tests. In addition, you are responsible for the administrative processing and handling of tests. You will be part of an welding/production organisation in which QC standards play an important role.
You are an experienced QC NTD Operator on MBO level, with sufficient knowledge of construction drawings, welding, NTD, (high quality) materials and various NTD standards. Affinity with manufacturing and inspection of offshore equipment is a plus. You are in the possession of Magnetic, Penetrant, Ultrasonic Level 2 according to EN 473 or equivalent.
You are willing to travel abroad if required and to work irregular hours. Good command of the English language in word and writing and good knowledge of MS Office is a plus.
