Working as a Corporate Recruiter at Huisman means that you are responsible to find (scarce) talents in the labor market and to tempt them to choose for Huisman.
As a Corporate Recruiter you are responsible for finding the right candidates for our company. You maintain contact with managers within the departments and you supervise the application process from A to Z (including negotiating the terms of employment). You do so in a creative and proactive way. In addition to these operational tasks you will be actively improving our recruitment process and you participate in exchanges performing as an ambassador for our organization.

As our Corporate Recruiter you are responsible for:
- The complete application process (placing ads on various media, screening, interviews, negotiating terms, etc.);
- Maintaining internal contacts and external contacts (including agency’s);
- Following trends and developments closely and identify the consequences of this for Huisman’s recruitment activities;
- Using (online) channels to find the right candidates and to tempt them to apply;
- Participate in external events like fairs, sponsor activities;
- Improving the recruitment process.
As our new Corporate Recruiter, you have:
- A Bachelor’s degree;
- An affinity with technology and with the majority of the candidates in our field (Technology/Engineering Masters and Bachelors);
- Clear views on Employer Branding;
- A practical disposition and an excellent command of both the Dutch and English language, spoken and in writing;
- At least two years of working experience in a similar position.

- A real Recruiter 3.0;
- A social, inspiring and convincing personality;
- In love with labor market communication;
- A teamplayer with a good sense of humor, flair and an eye for detail;
- Able to enjoy working with multiple deadlines at the same time;
