Our organisation’s success depends to a great extent on our employees. We would not be such a successful company without our employees. Therefore employee engagement is an important theme to Huisman. We strongly believe that engaged employees lead to improved individual and company performance and translate to satisfied clients with whom we have long term, trustful relationships.
We offer our employees a platform to share their thoughts regarding the strengths and improvement areas of our organisation, locations, departments, teams and leaders. With the insights gained during our annual employee engagement study we are able to work towards our goals more effectively together. The follow up includes many initiatives and actions translated in international, local, and departmental actions plans. Goal is to create greater job satisfaction and engagement for all.
