垂直落石管系统通过将大部分排管流程实现自动化,减少危险区域内的人员参与,从而降低作业风险并提升生产效率。系统支持多种管径组合,可在浅水区域铺设大石径石料,在最大作业水深使用较小石料,实现对不同海床条件和项目需求的全面适应。

 

系统的核心是落石管水下机器人(ROV),其通过三条具备升沉补偿的脐带缆悬挂。该设计确保 ROV 与海床之间保持稳定距离,实现高精度的抛石作业,以及准确的海床施工前后测量。成熟的机械设计与先进的自动化技术相结合,使该系统成为深水抛石项目中可靠且具备前瞻性的解决方案,尤其适用于对精度、周期缩短和作业安全性要求严苛的任务。

The Fall Pipe Remote Operated Vehicle (ROV) is suspended on three heave compensated umbilical wires, allowing it to maintain a stable distance from the seabed. This ensures accurate rock placement and reliable pre  and post installation seabed surveys.

The automation system enables most operations to be executed without personnel in the working area. This reduces exposure to moving equipment and enhances overall safety.

The ability to carry different pipe diameters allows the system to operate in shallow water with large diameter pipes for bigger rock, while smaller diameter pipes enable accurate installation at maximum water depth.
