/ Land Drilling Systems
In 2005 Huisman introduced its first land drilling rig to the market: the LOC 250. This is a fully containerised super single drilling rig for use on land and offshore. The introduction was soon followed by the LOC 400. A new range of land rigs has been developed in close cooperation with the market, outperforming peers on rig move and pipe running speeds. These rigs combine performance with automated hands free pipe handling.
HMR 80/150 mobile rig series
The new technologies of the Huisman HMR rig series offer exploration and mining companies the opportunity to drill exploration wells much faster, safer, and with smaller crews while having less environmental impact and a smaller footprint. It's highly efficient operations and small size also bring middle-deep geothermal wells in urban areas within reach. Oil and gas fields with unconventionals, such as coal bed methane (CBM), also benefit from these features.
Geo Coil 500/1000
Its highly efficient operations and small size brings shallow-depth geothermal wells in urban areas within reach. The hybrid set-up which combines the coil technique with conventional drilling equipment as a spindle drive and iron roughneck eliminates to handle many small pipes, while still having the capability to run bottom hole assemblies or casing.

HM 100/150
To meet today's demand for faster and more flexible operations in unconventional environments, Huisman has gained valuable experience operating our LOC series of land rigs and through discussions and interviews with operators and contractors. This resulted in a new series of highly mobile rigs. The HM 100 and HM 150 are highly mobile trailer mounted drilling rigs designed to move quickly between multiple wells on a pad, and between different locations.

InnoRigXL Desert
The InnoRigXL Desert is designed to reduce drilling time and costs by 25%. The drilling system also has reduced non-productive time through redundancy in all major components and is able to increase efficiency through fully automated tripping at speeds of 4000ft/hr. Safety is improved by reducing human exposure through a high degree of automation.
LOC 400
One of the most critical features of the LOC400 is that the rig can be broken down into modules with the dimensions of standard ISO containers. With this, the LOC400 can be transported quickly and economically by water, road or rail, anywhere in the world.

Top Drive HED 500
The Huisman HED 500 Top Drive is designed to be compact and robust, providing reliable continuous performance. All elevator loads are guided directly through the housing, bypassing the quill and gearbox bearing. This makes it the most robust topdrive in its class. The HED 500 is two feet shorter than comparable topdrives resulting in more working height on the rig. A load cell between the topdrive and the traveling block allows for far more accurate load measurements.
