Name Change Huisman facilities in China

The company name of Huisman's production facility and office in China has officially been changed from Fujian Huisman Steel Manufacturing Co., Ltd to Huisman (China) Co., Ltd
The change registration has become final on 17 April 2014 and the new name Huisman (China) Co., Ltd will officially to be used starting from 4 May.
Huisman (China) Co., Ltd succeeds all rights and obligations of Fujian Huisman Steel Manufacturing Co., Ltd
